Chrystal Gray, Ph.D.

Chrystal Gray, Ph.D. earned her doctorate in School Psychology at Indiana University in 2018. She received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University in 2011. She is currently completing her postdoctoral training in pediatric neuropsychology at Brooklyn Learning Center and BLC Psychology Tribeca.

Dr. Gray is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as empirically supported treatments for behavior management, anxiety and depression. Her work at Lenox Hill Hospital, Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, and within various schools has led to a developing expertise in psycho-educational and neuropsychological testing, as well as treatment of AD/HD, executive functioning weaknesses, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and behavioral concerns.

Dr. Gray is interested in the impact of social and emotional factors on learning and academic functioning. She strives to combine learning strategies, theories of child development, motivational techniques, and neuropsychological test data to provide treatments that value each child’s unique qualities.
